MODIFICATION AND DISSOLUTION OF THE ASSOCIATION

ARTICLE 22

These Internal Regulations may be modified by an agreement reached by the General Assembly, with a favourable vote of 2/3 of its members.

The modification project should be proposed by at least one third of members or by the Management Board, and will be sent to all members of the Association at least 20 days in advance.

The Association will be dissolved when the General Assembly agrees to do so, with a favourable vote of two thirds of the members.

In the dissolution agreement, it will be stipulated how the assets, rights, installations and services of the Association remaining will be distributed, after settling all pending obligations.

Unless otherwise decided by the General Assembly, the members of the Management Board will act as liquidators.

Any surplus amounts remaining after the dissolution of the association will be handed to non-profit making entities.
