CONDITIONS IN CLIMATISED INDOOR SWIMMING POOLS

4.1. In the case of indoor swimming pools, it is well-know that specific humidity inside the enclosure increases by the evaporation of the swimming pool water. If the specific humidity exceeds 80%, water condensation occurs on cold surfaces which affect the preservation of the building and causes unpleasant smells and a feeling of choking, which reduces the comfort of swimmers.
