5.1.
All regulations include the stipulation of a person Responsible
for the Installation.
However,
they do not all include the position of head of maintenance.
In those which do include this position (Madrid, Navarra,
Galicia, Murcia, Basque Country and Valencia), none of them
specify the qualifications of this operator, except Valencia
which clearly states the requirements which maintenance heads
should meet.
5.2.
All regulations mention in a greater or less degree, that
it is compulsory to have competent sanitary staff available
(life savers), and also a separate room to be used as a first-aid
room with first-aid equipment and minimum elements.
